Wildflower or Clover, our honey comes from Bee Hives located here at Alstede Farms and from other local hives. And did you know that eating it could help you survive spring without the usual sneezing? Persuasive anecdotal evidence indicates that a daily dose of honey from bees, that have been pollinating the very plants and flowers that make you sneeze, can reduce your sensitivity and lessen your seasonal suffering (much like allergy shots at the doctor’s office.) And what a delicious way to ‘take your medicine!’
