This is due to the natural growing process and at times we may experience shortages of specific produce, and may have substituted the items for other produce.**You may notice that the tips of your ears of sweet corn may look “dried out” but this is actually a physio-logical problem that occurs with this particular variety of sweet corn. The corn still tastes wonderful, it just looks a little different than normal. Planting is often a learning experience for us, and while we will enjoy this variety for now, we will not be planting it again next year!
