2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup cilantro leaves
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/8 – 1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Combine the cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper in a food processor, and process until coarsely chopped.
Drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
