4 cups cranberries
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
Cook berries in water for five (5) minutes or until they have popped. Put though a food mill or process until smooth in food processor. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Cool, add lemon juice and freeze. Can be made in ice cube trays or put in an 8 x 8 pan and cut into cubes when ready to serve.
