1 head of broccoli
1 clove of garlic minced
½ red onion chopped
½ cup sliced olives
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 tomato chopped
Cut the broccoli into florets steam until fork tender. Cool to room temperature. Prepare the remaining ingredients. Toss with the broccoli allow to chill for 1 hour before serving
