For everyone’s health and well being, we are currently requiring all PYO tickets to be purchased on our website prior to your visit. We can not guarantee your entry without a ticket pre-purchased on our website. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding.
For any tickets purchased at our farm, if they are available, there will be a $8.00 per ticket convenience fee included.

General Pick Your Own Information:
Alstede Farms offers a variety of fruits and vegetables that you can pick yourself in our fields and orchards. We’re open every day during harvest season which begins in late May or early June and ends in early November. Items available for picking vary depending on month and season. You can view our general harvest schedule as a guideline of what we typically offer for picking each year. The availability and items may vary as weather and other conditions can affect crops and harvest timing.

Pick Your Own Helpful Tips:
Coming to the farm is a fun way to enjoy the outdoors and actually see where your food is grown. Although there are tractor drawn wagon rides available around the farm, you may need to walk through the fields and orchards as you pick, so we recommend that you wear comfortable, farm friendly shoes, stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and maybe a hat on those hot, sunny days. We have pull carts on site to assist you with your harvest available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Department of Health & FDA Mandated Pet Policy:
Please review our pet policies before arrival. Due to updated guidelines, pets/dogs/animals are allowed around the farm store area but not in the pick your own (PYO) areas or fields.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do not offer refunds due to weather or other natural events or occurances. All pick your own activities subject to change without notice due to weather conditions. This farm is a smoke free environment. We do not allow smoking in the fields, orchards, market, or tented areas.
Please bring photo id and credit card used to purchase online ticket(s) with you to the event in order to gain access. All online orders include processing fee of eight dollars ($8.00).
Tickets purchased at the PYO sheds will incur a $8.00 per ticket convenience fee.

By using farm facilities and/or engaging in public or private farm activities and events, you and your group members agree to follow public health guidelines and to accept the risks of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to enjoy the many benefits of farm-based activities and events. You and your group members are responsible for: ensuring that you and each member of your group are informed of the current health recommendations such as from the State of New Jersey, the Center for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization; and for arranging with your group to provide and bring any personal protective equipment or similar items deemed prudent for protecting the health and safety of your guests.
