Harvest HallOpen all year, Harvest Hall, is a great place to host your special event!  Whether you’re planning a birthday party, business or corporate event, family reunion, or wedding** rehearsal or reception, Alstede Farms offers many fun-filled activities to make for a memorable get-together. We not only provide you with the unique atmosphere of a real farm but we also add convenience to your party planning by offering you an extensive catering menu and plenty of fun options to choose from.

Harvest Hall Rental Options

* Basic Rental:

Includes:

  • 3 hour event time
  • 1 hour set up prior to event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
  • Private attendant
  • Private parking
  • Private restrooms
  • Tables and chairs for up to 120 people.

* Harvest Hall Pick Your Own Party:

Includes:

  • 3 hour event time
  • 1 hour set up prior to event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
  • Private hayride out to the fields or orchards to pick a set amount of fruit. Includes 20 people in price. Each additional person is $6.00 per person.  Guests take a small amount of fruit home.
  • Private attendant
  • Private parking
  • Private restrooms

Price: $599.00

*Harvest Hall Pot-A-Plant Party:

Includes:

  • 3 hour event time
  • 1 hour set up prior to event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
  • Private hayride out to the our greenhouses and potting activity. Includes 20 people in price. Each additional person is $6.00 per person. Guests take a small pot with a plant home as a souvenir.
  • Private attendant
  • Private parking
  • Private restrooms

Harvest Hall Add-On Event Options:

* Private Pony Rides:

Pony RidesWe have plenty of beautiful, gentle ponies and we offer pony rides as an extra activity for all our birthdays and special events. One of our friendly staff members will lead a child on the pony in a designated area. This activity is definitely a photo opportunity!

The private pony ride price is $239 for 1-½ hours.  ($100 deposit required to book.)

* Private Inflatable Moon Bounce:

MoonBounce

This activity is very popular at our parties. We will have one of our friendly staff members assist the children in and out of the moon bounce during the time you have rented it. Children love to play for hours in the moon bounce. It’s a great activity for your party.

Moon Bounce rental is $199 for 1-½ hours. Each additional ½ hour is $59.00.

($100 deposit required to book.)

* Private Hay Wagon Ride:

Party HayrideThere’s rarely a complaint when a scenic hayride around the farm is included with an event. Each wagon can accommodate up to 50 people. The ride includes a tour guide as well. Please note this option does not include pick your own.

The hay ride price is $139 per wagon.  ($100 deposit required to book.)

* Private Corn Kingdom:

Private Corn KingdomYoung children love the feeling of dried corn kernels slipping through their fingers!

This activity is $199 for 3 hours  ($100 deposit required to book.)

* Private Campfire:

Private CampfireToasting marshmallows, building s ‘mores around a roaring fire – what better way to bond with your guests and enjoy the cool night air? This upgrade includes s ‘mores kits for 30 guests ($6.99 each additional guest), permits and staffing for 3 hours.

Costs an additional $249 ($100 deposit required to book.)

* Tent Options:

20 x 40 foot tent $499 ($100 deposit required to book.)
20 x 20 foot tent $399 ($100 deposit required to book.)

* Additional Access Time:

$129 per hour, if scheduling permits.

* Additional Party Attendant:

$45 per hour (please note: One is already included with Harvest Hall rental)

* Additional Serving Tables:

$30 per table

* Chafing Dishes & Sterno Rental:

$25 per dish

* Setup For Cold Drinks:

(2 bags of ice & bucket) – $15

* Bag of Ice:

$2.49 per bag

* Additional Items:

Hay bales, peach baskets, flowers, pumpkins, Indian corn, or any addition-al decorations for tables priced per item.

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve Harvest Hall.
