Alstede Fresh Green Cabbage (Per head)

Alstede Fresh green cabbage is the most common and best-known variety of cabbage. It is a tightly wrapped and shaped like a ball and the leaves can be used in a wide variety of recipes either cooked or eaten raw.

Choose from Savoy or Green Cabbage. Savoy cabbage is similar to green cabbage but a bit milder and sweeter. The leaves are less densely packed and are highly textured rather than flat like the green.
