Berbere dried spice is a blend of Ethiopian Style spices including cinnamon, chili powder, garlic powder, fenugreek and allspice.  A great addition to use dry or mixed with oil to form a paste for marinating slow cooked meats. Sold in a clear glass container which holds 2.1 oz.
