Experience the last authentic vestige of the once thriving cider and applejack industry in New Jersey. Visit the Ralston Cider Mill and observe their annual apple pressing on restored historic equipment. The Ralston cider mill is the only operational cider mill functioning as a privately funded museum and educational experience for students of all ages. Alstede Farms donates 4,000 pounds of Alstede Fresh apples used for this event. We are happy to support their efforts at preserving the areas agricultural past.
