What does Farm to Table really mean and why is it so important?
Farm-to-table sprouted back in the 1970s after the processed food trends of the 60s left Americans seeking more taste and flavor from food.
The Farm to Table movement’s principles are rooted in how food is grown with importance on food security, self-sufficiency, and preserving land for future generations. We understand and share these same core beliefs and offer farm-to-table direct from the source. You can’t get any fresher than from us, as we are living it every day sustainably farming 800 acres of land nearly year-round with the help of our high tunnels and greenhouses.
As a direct-to-consumer grower, we are a main food hub for our community and beyond, helping to make fresh fruits and vegetables more accessible. We sell our produce locally in our farm store and farm stands, in our weekly customizable boxes of produce as part of our CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture), and at our participating farmers’ markets. Selling locally reduces the impact on the environment of transporting food long distances. Eating locally helps communities rely on local food sources rather than other parts of the world. This benefits the neighborhood by bolstering the local economy through jobs and healthy food. Our sustainable growing methods ensure that we grow nutritionally dense food while improving the soil for future generations embracing the farm to table mindset 100%.

Picking your own produce and then preparing a meal at home with your family is so rewarding and fun. Sampling something delicious and different at our food trucks expands your taste and palate, especially our Elote Roasted Corn. Our farm kitchen cooks use our highest quality, farm-to-table ingredients to prepare farm fresh foods like our homemade quiche, soups, or dips. One taste and you will want to come back for more and more!
Another way to enjoy farm-to-table freshness is by ordering our infamous farm-to-table holiday meals or delicious sides.
