Description
Our own homegrown eggplant. Purple eggplants are a flavorful source of potassium. Best eaten cooked: grilled, pan or stir fry dishes, or roasted. They go well with tomatoes and squashes as well as cheeses.
Sold by the pound in our Farm Store.
