Our Cut Cilantro leaves come from Egypt, where the plant has a long history of being used for possibly 5,000 years. Cilantro has a complex flavor that seems to differ from person to person, though most agree it has hints of pepper, sage, and/or lemon. We recommend to use it in any dish that you want to create a full flavor such as Enchiladas, Chicken Tacos, or Feta Salads.
