Our homegrown purple kohlrabi has a flavor similar to broccoli stems with a hint of radish. Purple kohlrabi has a juicy consistency and is slightly sweeter than green kohlrabi. Kohlrabi can be added to slaws and salads, grilled, sauteed, or roasted.
