1 cup Fresh Strawberries
1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoons Salt
2 whole Eggs
1 cup Granulated Sugar
10 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut strawberries into small chunks and set aside. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
Add eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix until moist, carefully add strawberries. Batter will be thick.
Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove.
