Our Giant Corn Maze Opens Friday, August 30th!
Get ready for one of the most exciting attractions of the season—the opening of our giant corn maze on Friday, August 30th! This year, we’re celebrating a special milestone: our 23rd season of hosting this beloved maze, a tradition that began in 2001. Each year, we work hard to make the maze more engaging and fun, and this time, it’s all about our Apple Cider-themed adventure!
As you wander through the twists and turns of our maze, you’ll discover the fascinating world of Alstede Fresh apples and apple cider at every corner. From the rich history of our apples to the process of making our fresh-pressed cider, there’s so much to learn as you navigate the paths. It’s an adventure perfect for all ages, offering fun facts and a few surprises along the way!
But that’s not all—there’s even more excitement in store during our special Harvest Moon nights, starting on September 20th. These magical evenings are held every Friday and Saturday throughout the fall and feature a nighttime visit to the corn maze. Imagine the thrill of exploring the maze under the glow of the moon, with a campfire waiting to warm you up afterward.
Harvest Moon nights also include options for pumpkin picking, delicious food, live music, and a
visit to our Ironbound Hard Cider Garden, where you can enjoy a refreshing hard cider as you soak in the festive atmosphere. And for an extra touch of adventure, take a nighttime tractor-drawn wagon ride through our fields—it’s an experience you won’t want to miss! All family friendly and nothing scary.
Both our giant corn maze and the beautiful Blooming Giants Sunflower Trail are open every day and are included with your pick-your-own excursion. So, whether you’re here for apple picking, sunflowers, or just a day of farm fun, you’re in for a treat.
