Frequently Asked Questions About Our Farm Parties:
When are our farm birthday parties held?
Birthday parties are held all year around in either our reserved party areas with picnic tables or Harvest hall. You can have your party on ANY DAY OF THE WEEK – however, we also offer money saving packages on weekdays!
How long is a party?
Birthday parties are 3 hours long. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up, and you will have 15 minutes after your time slot to clean-up.
What is included in my party?
Your event takes place in a shaded area which has either four or six 8′ picnic tables with benches attached, and trash and recycling receptacles. We also have 1 reserved parking spot available for the host’s car and a Gator to help you unload the car and get your party supplies to your tent. We will also help you clean up and get any presents and other belongings to your car at the end of your event.
What else can they do?
If you purchase unlimited wristbands for the children they can enjoy unlimited fun in the Moon Bounce, Wagon Train Ride, the Corn Kingdom and the Pony Rides during the 3 hour party. Guests can also enjoy our friendly farm animals to feed, a giant hay pyramid, a hay tunnel in the fall season and grassy area locations amidst 365 acres of beautiful farm land.
What about food?
We offer a wide menu of delicious selections for you and your guests. Our selections can be as simple as subs and pizza, but we offer many lunch and dinner selections.
What about decorations?
We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme.
Do you provide an invitation?
We now offer an invitation. Simply click here to open the PDF file, print out as many as you need, fill in the information, and send in the mail to your guests. There is no charge for the farm-themed invitation. If it appears too large upon opening, minimize the percentage to make it easier to see.
Who will be there to greet me?
One of our friendly party hostesses will be on hand to greet you and your guests upon arrival. We will help you unload your car and hand out the wristbands to the children and any other items you may need.
How much does it cost?
A 3 hour tent rental is $185. Activity wristbands for the children are $11 each. If you wish to have a Picking Party, it is $335 for up to 20 people to go picking, and an additional $6 per person if there are more than 20 people on the wagon. The $335 includes the 3 hour tent rental, a private tour guide to the picking area, and containers for your guests to pick into. You may also wish to include the wristbands for additional fun for your guests, and they would be $11 per child. Payment is expected at the end of the event. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and your remaining balance will be due at the end of your party.
What about alcohol?
You may bring your own alcoholic beverages.
May we bring our dog?
We love dogs, but they must be on a leash and be cleaned up after! Dogs are not allowed in the picking fields or orchards, and must remain on the farm lanes.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please call (908) 879-7189. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking so please have your credit card on hand. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.
